GrowFree brings together peers, practitioners, and families who long to grow beyond trauma, outdated systems, and external authority. Here we share support, knowledge, practices, and resources — so that together we thrive through inner power, intuition, and sovereignty, held within the sanctity of community.

Through our offerings, you’ll find:

• Memberships, courses, and training that nurture awareness and intuition, expanding and reclaiming education.

• Community support and meaningful relationships that help you feel part of the whole.

• Culture and events that honour the full spectrum of life — love, loss, joy, grief, tears, and laughter.

• Peer support and apprenticeship that model authenticity and intrinsic worth.

• Creative pathways to express and fulfil yourself as part of community life.

• Online and in-person opportunities that blend the best of digital connection with the grounding of the natural world.

The Community

GrowFree is where personal and professional experience meet with equal value.
We believe that everyone’s whole story — the light and the shadow — has wisdom to offer.

Our approach to healing and evolving is:

• grounded in deep knowledge,

• flexible and multi-modal,

• sustained by community,

• brought to life through memberships, courses, events, and resources.

Rooted in North-East Scotland, where we are developing a community site, we also reach across the globe — from the Isle of Sheppey to Brazil, France, and the Netherlands. Some members travel to share their practices in person; others are weaving micro-hubs in their own places.

Here you’ll find:

• offerings from experienced practitioners,

• apprentices and trained peers,

• spaces for both connection and privacy,

• a mutually supportive field where all can grow.

Growing Free

To grow free is a lifelong practice. It takes dedication, awareness, and consistency — but above all, it takes community.

Within GrowFree, you’ll find the support and safety to:

• hold and express your whole self — deep wounds and bright potential alike,

• awaken purpose, desire, and creativity,

• root yourself in connection, compassion, and curiosity,

• move beyond trauma into wisdom and freedom.

Here, growth is not linear. It is cyclical, relational, and always held in love.
